Born in Bogota, Colombia, and now based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Hansel Lopez Franco is a music composer, music teacher and instructor of many other subjects with a passion for creativity in many forms. In addition to music, he is an avid enthusiast of poetry, photography, and minerals.

Hansel has been composing music for over eight years, working on both personal projects and commissioned pieces, including the release of his album Garden of Emotions, which reflects his expressive and introspective musical style. As an educator for more than four years, he has taught students ranging from young children to adults, fostering a love for music across generations.

His passion for poetry reflects his desire to inspire others through words, while his interest in photography allows him to capture and share meaningful moments through his lens. 

His fascinations with minerals began while teaching a class about rocks and has since grown into a mini museum that he shares with his students and their families, offering a unique and engaging learning experience.
